Some of you have heard but most of you haven't. I recently had surgery on my quad and hip. The surgery was a success. Thanks to OC Fight Docs, Dr William Kessler, St Josephs staff and Dr Mora. The surgery was to remove ossificants from my upper quad, it was very painful and limiting. I am recovering now and planning my return to training and visualizing what I want to accomplish when I return. I have been back to BLACKHOUSE to help my team mates and offer support when I can. I will be fighting a military multiple time grappling champion named Michael Smith. He has served many years in the armed forces so I want to show as much respect as possible. I do want to give my appreciation for what he has done for myself and the U.S away from the cage and from the mats. He is an American to be held in the highest regaurd.
